This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fee payments made through SchoolHub.
Fees are collected on behalf of the school for educational services. Payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.
If you are charged more than once for the same fee, or money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, the excess/failed amount is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days after verification.
Contact your school office or email info@hfschoolhub.info with the receipt/transaction ID. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds for withdrawal or cancellation of admission are governed by the individual school's fee policy.
